I just wanted to thank you again for all your useful advise. I have now fitted my window successfully with no leaks and will forward you some pictures soon. Thank you again. All the rest of the so called experts would not help me unless it was to tell me not to bother and that I'm wasting my time !

Thank you very much for your advise. Out of all the so called websites that offer advise, you by far have been the most helpful and supplied the best down to earth common sense info that I have needed. Maybe you can give me a price on butyl pond liner, when I am ready ?
